This department performs work on primary and secondary power lines from 480 to 69,000 volts that are overhead and underground. We can install power lines; build substations; work with underground ducts, generators, capacitors and regulators; install manholes or participate in any phase of primary construction.

The Jess Howard Electric Company has all the material, poles and specialized equipment in stock for emergency situations. We also work close with our local utility companies when an emergency arises. We take pride in the fact that we have been called upon when disaster strikes to help serve local utility companies to get electricity restored to its customers.
